Artistic Director

  • A theater artist, Marc-André has been involved in the creation of daring and engaging works for fifteen years. His desire to create meaningful collective experiences for audiences is matched by his playful and delinquent approach to the stage. A graduate of the École Jacques Lecoq in Paris and the London International School of performing Arts in England, he has directed shows in Canada and abroad, collaborating with artists from a variety of cultures and disciplines. He lives in Moncton, New Brunswick, in a small house with a beautiful garden, with his magnificent lover, his beautiful daughter and a wonderful tabby cat.

Producer

  • Delighted to have joined the team at Satellite Théâtre in May 2024, Mylène Després is a dedicated and passionate Producer. With a strong entrepreneurial background, she is the founder of La Station Workspace and co-founder of the Community Incubator, initiatives that have catalyzed collaborations between entrepreneurs, artists, and community workers in Moncton. Originally from Cocagne, NB, Mylène is a tireless connector and is committed to promoting non-conformist culture in Acadie. Her work with Satellite Théâtre reflects her passion for the cultural sector and her desire to strengthen community ties through bold, inclusive artistic projects.
